A Studio creation failed or did not produce a result

If a Studio creation shows Didn’t work or nothing comes back, here is how to read what happened and get a clean result on the next try.

Read the status pill

  • Running · stop - the creation is still being made. Click it to cancel.
  • Done - your result is ready and shows right in the job as a photo, a video player, or an audio player.
  • Didn’t work - the creation failed. A short red line under the job tells you why.

Try it again

Most failures clear on a second run. The Studio makes one creation at a time, so wait for the current job to finish before starting the next.

  1. Read the red message under the failed job. It usually names the reason.
  2. If it asks you to sign in, open Connections and sign in to your Higgsfield account, then run it again.
  3. For a Video, add a photo first. Video brings a photo to life, so add one with + Add photos or video, or make a photo and then animate it.
  4. Press Generate to run it again. The button reads Working… while a job is going.

Check your Higgsfield connection

The Studio runs on your own Higgsfield account, not on a Booked Solid credit pool. If it cannot generate at all, the connection is the first thing to check.

  • Look at the Studio provider box at the top of the Studio. If it reads Connect your own Higgsfield account in Connections to use the Studio, your account is not linked yet.
  • Open Connections and connect your Higgsfield account, then come back and click Refresh in that box.
  • Any usage is billed by your connected provider, never by Booked Solid.

If it says it finished but will not open

Once in a while a creation completes but the preview does not load. The job will say Your creation finished but could not be opened. Refresh the Studio, or open the studio folder inside your workspace to find the saved file.

Good to know

  • Booked Solid does not sell shared generation credits, so a failed creation never comes with a Booked Solid charge.
  • A big job can run for a while before it finishes. Give it time before you assume it failed.
  • Finished files are saved in the studio folder in your workspace.
