Activate your license code and set up your account

Activating Booked Solid takes about a minute: you paste the license code from your purchase email, add your email address, and pick a username and password. After that, the app opens straight into your workspace every time.

Before you start: find your license code

  • Your code was emailed to you right after purchase, from booked@send.kivimedia.co. Look for the code in a highlighted box near the top of the email. It looks like BS-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX.
  • Can't find the email? Check your spam or promotions folder, and search your inbox for "Booked Solid".
  • Don't have a license yet? Click Get a license on the sign-in screen. It opens chrismichael.site/app-license, where you can get one.

Activate your license

  1. Open Booked Solid. The first screen you see is the account gate.
  2. Click First time here? Enter your license code. The gate flips to the activation form.
  3. Paste your license code into the License code field. Copy it straight from the email so no character goes missing.
  4. Enter your email address in Your email. Use the address you want tied to your account.
  5. Type a username in Pick a username. This is what you'll sign in with from now on.
  6. Type a password in Pick a password. Use the Show/Hide toggle to double-check it before you continue.
  7. Click Set up my account.

That's it. The gate steps aside and the app opens. Your plan (Pearl or Otto) is carried by the license itself, so there is nothing extra to configure. If you own Otto, you'll see the Otto badge next to the Booked Solid credit in the top bar.

Signing in next time

On later launches, enter your username and password on the same screen and click Sign in. If you ever forget your password, use the Forgot your password link on the gate. It emails you a 6-digit code and lets you set a new password on the spot.

If activation doesn't go through

  • Re-copy the code from the email. Every dash matters, and it's easy to drop a character when typing it by hand.
  • Make sure you're on the activation form (reached through First time here? Enter your license code), not the regular username and password fields.
  • Still stuck at the gate? Click Need a hand? Contact the help desk at the bottom of the screen. It opens chrismichael.site/booked/help.
