What is the Green Room and how do I get in?

The Green Room is the owners-only members area for Booked Solid OS, at booked.kivimedia.co/green-room.

How to get in

1. Go to booked.kivimedia.co/green-room.
2. Enter the email address you purchased with.
3. We email you a 6-digit sign-in code. Enter it on the page to unlock. The code expires in 15 minutes, and if you request more than once, only the newest email works.

What is inside

• Your license key: reveal it once on screen (a backup is emailed to you automatically). If you already revealed it, check that backup email or contact support.
• Your first night, step by step: an honest walkthrough of exactly what happens from downloading the app to its first real piece of work for you.
• Owner guides: deep, honest walkthroughs of what Otto handles across your booking year, how the Lead Engine finds your buyers, and how to bring GoHighLevel or Mago across.
• The Brain Extraction deep-dive: an optional download for owners of the original, pre-app edition. If you use the desktop app you do not need it. Setup is built in: open Setup and tap Build my brain.
• Quick links to the app download, support, and the affiliate program.

Troubleshooting

• "That code did not match or has expired": request a new code and use the code from the newest email in your inbox.
• No sign-in code email: check spam for a message from Booked Solid, and confirm you entered the exact email you bought with.
• Still stuck? Open a ticket and a human will get you in.
