Is there an iPhone app? Yes: what the Booked Solid iPhone app does, how it works with your computer, and what works offline

Yes. Booked Solid has an iPhone app, and it has been on the App Store since September 2026: get it from the App Store. Here is what it does, how to pair it, and what works offline.

What the iPhone app does

The iPhone app is a remote control for Booked Solid on your computer. It shows your own booking desk on your phone:

• Today: what changed and what needs you.
• Leads: every buyer and relationship.
• Chat: talk with Otto.
• Tasks: work in motion, decisions waiting for you, and finished jobs.
• More: Inbox, Plays, Dashboard, Brain, Studio, Connections, Settings and Help me.

If you allow notifications, your phone gets a short alert, for example when a decision needs you. The alert never shows a lead's name, a price or a message.

Pair it with your computer

The phone reaches your computer over a private connection made with Tailscale. Your leads and messages travel straight between the two, never through a Booked Solid server. The phone app has no account or password of its own.

1. On the computer, click Work from my phone in the top bar. Choose Yes, I have one or No, create one for Tailscale and finish the sign-in it opens.
2. Install Tailscale on your iPhone and sign in with the same Tailscale account.
3. In the Booked Solid iPhone app, tap Pair my computer, tap Allow camera, and scan the code on your computer screen.

The code works once and expires in five minutes. If it runs out, click Make a fresh code. Your paired phone is listed on that same card in the Settings tab, with a Remove button.

Your computer has to be on

Everything the phone shows comes from your computer, so it works only while the computer is on, online, and running Booked Solid and Tailscale. When it cannot reach the computer, the app says Offline or "Your computer is out of reach", and it reconnects by itself once the computer is back. Does it work offline?

Not for real work. Otto works through your Claude account online, so researching a venue, drafting a follow-up or running a Play needs an internet connection on the computer. Offline, the desktop app still opens and your Booking HQ files stay on your disk. Your license keeps working for up to 14 days without reaching the license server: see Work offline: the 14-day grace and "Check again". What computer you need

The iPhone app needs Booked Solid running on a computer: Windows 10 or 11, a Mac, or Linux (Ubuntu 22.04 and newer, and most modern distributions). It does not have to be a Mac.
